Halifax Credit Extra - New Internal Credit Scoring System from Halifax

I logged on to Halifax and it looks like they have a new credit checker which lets you know if you will be approved for any credit cards, overdrafts etc. Its basically like a credit scoring system and it tells you where you are.
I think its about time a bank did this so we could see how well we far in their own internal system.
I dont see this on BOS or LLOYDS though - only Halifax.
Anyone else noticed this new feature?

Will only be a soft credit check though, so not a guaranteed outcome. Full appplication will still need to be made.0

Yes but its more then just an eligibility check as far as i can see.
Basically if you click on the credit extra section, a whole page comes up telling you your halifax internal score, things you could do better, what products you are likely to be accepted with halifax given how you are using your account and being viewed by them.
Having said that, they said i will be accepted for a CC but i tried through their eligibility page and got rejected0 -
Where in the app or login is this0

A few screenshots above, i think its a new service so may not be rolled out to everyone yet. For me its under the overdraft section on the left hand side0

I see this option in Halifax (as you say not in Lloyds - at least not yet). It's not working very well as clicking it brings up a page that says I have 1 notiofication, but that it can't display it, and where the profile circle is it says this information is not available right now. I can't seee it being that much use to me, personally.0

Yes, same as me with the 1 notification and non display. On my profile it says 'better' which is according to Halifax the 2nd best. But your right a few things missing, i think teething problems as this is a new thing. I mean Halifax have not even advertised this i found it by pure fluke.
Overall i think its a good thing once they sort out the bugs and get it working properly. You get to see how you are rated from your banks point of view.0 -
This isn't any more of a view on their internal scoring system than the fake score you get from credit agencies, it's just a pretty picture to encourage you to take out financial products with them. Their actual scoring system will still be hidden and still be the ultimate arbiter of whether they lend to you or not, after a proper credit check
