Has anyone had trouble getting the £75 discount that was offered on this website added to their shell account ? Thanks

Ha! Yes, I have the very same issue with Shell at the moment. I have a screenshot of the MSE offer at the time from last August and an email from Shell stating MSE, yet nothing ever arrived in my account within 3 months from Shell. Or so it appears.
What they actually do however is reduce or not bill you for the months after your initial 3 month period. The only way is to check your bank statements to see what was taken as their invoicing system online is rubbish - it will only show the latest month as there's no way to check historical invoices.

If you Look at the bottom of page when you login it says bills which shows your payments.
