We are in the process of buying a house and in the last stages, Our solicitor has send us the contract to sign and its limited title guarantee. Also , Out solicitor has informed us that the house is not registered with land registry and he will be applying on completion. I wonder what are the implications of this. "This is…

Although this is in some ways linked to the fact that its unregistered and a probate sale it’s relevance is really aimed at what binding promises your seller, the executor, is giving you as part of the contract.
The legal implications can be very complex but as Richard Webster posts it’s all you are going to get in these circumstances. And it’s very much for your solicitor to explain in specific terms re your purchase.
