All other avenues need to be explored first. And only leave the house under exceptional circumstances. Test and trace would only discuss the option with a case/contact after exploring all other options with them and the the advice above is not routinely given. Using volunteers to get food is by far the best option if friends/family/neighbours not an option.Andy_L said:Somebody self-isolating can still leave the house
