    You can't be evicted without notice and a court order, unless the police wrongly believe you're a squatter not a tenant. And if you have a written copy of your tenancy agreement that shouldn't happen.
    Eviction notices have to be sent to the address in question, so you will get them.

    I’ll deal with the rent when it comes to it, I’ve dealt with the up keep of the property for 2 and a half years now. Who will reimburse me for the money I have spent doing this?
