    Insurance for what ?

    What has the claimant having insurance got to do with parking ?

    I have been coming here almost daily for 8 years , never seen that question asked before

    IPC's COP 24.1 Operators must have £5m of public liability insurance. Also required if operator requests keeper data electronically from the DVLA. Which I believe was requested.

    Employers liability also required at £10m minimum
  • Those are irrelevant to the claim against you ... they are merely requirements to belong to that Boy's Club.

    Be careful not to have a scattergun defence , a judge might not like it , they tend to focus on the signage , contracts and the events, they usually say these other issues are for another court or between the IPC and the parking company , like planning permission is a matter for the council

    Hiya. I submitted my defence last night to CCBCAQ@justice.gov.uk. Does it also need to be submitted to the email address on the N1 claim form www.moneyclaim.gov.uk ?

    No. If that were necessary, the guidance notes would say so.
