Is it just me or is Talk mobile absolutely disappointing? Spent 45 min spelling out all my details one syllable at a time, repeatedly, to a lady who should not be involved at the forefront of customer service. After me telling her I wanted PAYG at beginning of this long long long call, at the very end she tells me she can't help me because I've not lived in the UK for 3 years. She refused to put me through to her manager
