Have you tried dialling your mobile number and when the message starts playing, press * then enter your voicemail PIN it should then tell you if you have any messages and will play them.

You will only get free access to pick up your voicemail if you are phoning from a phone that gives inclusive calls to mobiles, otherwise you will be charged the normal cost for calling a mobile network (in your case T-Mobile). You can access your voicemail messages from any mobile phone or landline phone.
You will have had to set up your voicemail on your phone and set your PIN, otherwise you will have to enter the default voicemail PIN for whatever network your phone is on (in your case T-Mobile).0
