    Thanks CM
I just sent a request for contact on his website, hopefully he'll be free in the next couple of days to speak to us.  :)
I feel much more relaxed now  :D

OP has been in contact. I'm all over this like a cheap suit, or at least I will be when he sends over all the documents.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

I've just sent Santa a last minute supplementary letter asking him to add popcorn to my Christmas pressie list! 🍿
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You keep saying "send an AoS" but I hope you mean "submit if via MCOL"

Absolutely! It's going to take a little while as there's nearly 100 letters back and forth but we're going to dedicate ourselves to getting this to you asap.
