Shell cannot charge properly?

I'm with Shell fibre broadband, the agreed price was £24.99 per month after their discount. But each month they charge me £25.

I've just got the Cash Back that is supposed to be £120, the email said it would show up as £100 then the VAT would take it to £120. But on my account the Cash Back is in three lumps that add up to £99.98p.

It is only 14p over the year but if they do that to everyone ....... I did phone Shell but they couldn't see the reason and said they will phone back, that was over a week ago.

Do others have the same situation?
