been with them for years, was an early adopter of the TV deal, so happy to move from Talktalk to NowTv for BB/ phone some years back ... card rather than DD suits me (reward points collection). I’m on the original lifetime free calls package ( inc mobile) , and every time the line rental goes up they have offered a new deal. To date found their c/s (think in Scotland) very helpful.Any posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.1

I only joined NowTV for broadband just under a year ago at the £18 including anytime calls offer & have had no issues whatsoever. Shortly before Xmas I had an email from them to say that going forward, as an existing customer, I'm offered the same price for the next 12 months. This is the first time any phone/broadband company have offered me a new contract at the same price as I'd originally signed up for, usually there has been quite a hike, so is a pleasant surprise.
Since giving up my ever increasing Sky tv package, I've had Nowtv for about 6 months, signing up when there was a decent offer & it's good enough for me, I can always find something to watch. I choose only the entertainment package & when it comes close to renewal I click to cancel on the website & am again given an offer price. I've certainly no complaints with NowTv for either the phone/broadband or the tv service. The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.3 -
Supatramp said:I believe Now is owned by, I think, Sky. From what I've read here, I think they make you change your number, or so some people have said, so if saving a pound or two is important to you , then go for it. But quite frankly, a company which doesn't conform to normal business practices, it would put me off. But that's just me!1
