Cashing in ISA gains and investing back in your ISA in a different mix

Hello everyone,
I have a question about ISAs and despite all my searches I could not find an answer online. I would appreciate your support.
So, basically I have an HSBC ISA which I have used to full extent last tax year.
My £20k has become £22k now.
However, I would like to change the mix of funds within my ISA by selling some funds and investing into new ones.
So, my question is; can I sell for example the whole £22k at current value (which would automatically move to by "HSBC uninvested cash ISA account") and then buy new shares/funds within my main ISA account without impacting this year's allowance? Is there limitation around this? In particular, can I re-invest the whole £22k or just the £20k? Would it use up this year's allowance ?
Many thanks in advance for your insights!

The annual allowance constrains what can be paid into ISAs from outside the ISA environment, so once the money is within the ISA(s) you can buy and sell to your heart's content, as long as you don't withdraw the proceeds out of the ISA(s).

Thank you very much, this is very helpful.
I would not be moving anything out of my ISA (just between the 2 ISA accounts HSBC has: one is the uninvested cash account: this is where your gains go when you sell sth in your main ISA account and the other is main ISA account where the holdings are sit) and if I understand correctly, it does not matter how much I have gained from my initial £20k, I can sell and buy irrespective of my gains as long as they stay in one of the two platforms.
