Parking charge notice

Can anyone offer advice for challenging this. I entered a car park and left my vehicle to check the tariff charges including disabled charges and decided to leave which I did within 5 minutes. The notice shows me entering the car park but not exiting and also the tariff notice board. Can I appeal on these grounds?

Have read newbie faq but still confused. The registered keeper didn't display a ticket as left the car park after viewing car park tariff so has no proof. The parking charge notice only shows entry time but not exit time, surely they should allow time for this??0 -
Read the IPC CoP regarding grace periods
Bear in mind that this is an unregulated industry1 -
