    I don't normally need OTP with Lloyds and Halifax. I've had the OTP and re-trust the device just once.

    I don't need 2FA for my Lloyds and Halifax logins when using my usual computer.
    I don't usually but i find if i have cleared my cookies it does ask me to retrust my computer.
  • have you tried clearing your cookies?
  • Its now usual procedure with most banks that any activity that is out of normality is checked for fraud.Its al to do with new checks that are incorporated by banks in last few months.
