I can see why; mine LA didn't bother doing the required due diligence and an organisation I know picked one that went bankrupt and left them out of pocket.elsien said:

Btw when I had my bathroom gutted, re-plumbed and re-wired everything cost me around £10k - that was with v expensive tiles but basic sanitaryware.No man is worth crawling on this earth.
