Whilst there are many threads, there is also a search function that wold narrow down the threads to just those concerning BW Legal and/or PPS.  This is a self help forum and it is better if you do the research, then you can direct your questions specifically by, for example, posting the paragraphs 2 & 3 of the defence template (when it comes to it) or your letter to them after you receive a letter of/before claim.  Meantime the NEWBIE sticky whilst not a quick read, more of a cup of tea and plate of biscuits type study is the place to start.

You cannot navigate the forum on a phone, so many parts are hidden to you so your decision to use a lappy is the correct one.
