Link doesn't work as posted.. Is this the one ?

It is west London, inside the M25 - Not my kind of area to live.... The house has a couple of hazards to contend with - Polished tiles in the kitchen & hallway will be slippery. Just asking for injury if you ever put rugs down. Kids will love sliding around on the flooring until they fall and break a bone...

Floor plan indicates a garage, but not visible from the front. So at the rear ? accessible ?

Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

It is on what looks to be a very busy main road with a row of takeaway shops next door.

This would be a huge no for us on both accounts.

I've lived next to a main road before. Never again. That would be a deal breaker for me.

If you do view it bring a tape measure (or even better a laser distance measurer) to check Bedroom 4. Those dimensions are just for the widest parts of the room.

Also those photos are dreadful. So heavily processed.

Very easy to redecorate and put your own stamp on it.

What is it with that horrible cube storage? I really hate that stuff. It looks rubbish.

And is that carpet in the shower room  :/

Yes, those photos are heavily processed and that put me off booking the viewing but luckily there is a video. I have never lived on the main road and I generally don't like myself. What are the major downsides other than Noise/Dust pollution, business?

None of the bedrooms are very big!

People complain that new builds have small rooms but those bedrooms in that house are smaller than most new build bedrooms!!

There is a bus stop right in front of the house, what are general problems with a take away next door? is it people gathering or safety concerns?

We have lived on a busy road before and it is just constant noise and dust and dirt. You will get emergency vehicles at all times of day and night, boy racers using it as a race track, heavy goods vehicles rattling the house.

We would not live on a busy road again.

But if that house was not on a busy road it would be more expensive and would probably be out of your budget.
