Hey newbie here and I have a tale to tell. In the summer I was looking at my energy statement and I found out that British Gas have put me into debt with them. If you don't check your bills and make sure that they are accurate and that your DD is covering your consumption then I'm afraid its down to you.
Perhaps you'll put a bit more effort in to ensure it doesn't happen again.
