Any thoughts on this property? Not sure if it's right to ask here like this, apologies.  zoopla.co uk/for-sale/details/56505302?search_identifier=a9bbf615172bb3701dff4c2e1ed1f7e8
Looks really nice inside, but on Street view it looks like it’s  just off a very busy main road. Also right by a row of shops / takeaways which wouldn’t really put me off. Also seems overpriced compared to what’s been sold in the area?

Sorry, nothing of value to add except ask why folk in London and surrounding areas still put up with paying exorbitant prices for absolute sheds. Granted it was £315k when above images taken but still. Probably double for same anywhere else.

    I'll move along

Yes, I think they may be willing to come down to 530K but not sure if it's about right. It felt quite inside the house, not much noise from the main road of vehicles, what other problems could be there it being the main road? Noise dust/Pollution, busy? Any safety concerns? I have never lived in the main road like this and the road on the side leads to the garages and that is one thing we want to check in the nights to see any anti-social activities as its quite secluded and exposes this property.

The weird construction will put a lot of people off, as will the location. It is probably one of the best houses on the road leaving little room for improvement. Therefore it will be difficult to sell as the market will be small. however...
... if you will be happy there and aren't planning on moving for a while and the above factors don't bother you, then it is a chance  to get a bargain.
So it simply comes down to price.  I  would  guess the work they have done on it will be in the region of £120-150K. So, I think they can could come down a fair bit and still turn a decent profit. Offer a price that you are happy to pay.

The main road would bother me, but that’s my personal opinion. How busy does it get at rush hour?
Also I wouldn’t want to live by a row of shops, potentially gangs of kids hanging around
