It's a concrete house, put together like a jigsaw and were quickly thrown together as temporary accommodation after the war. Some have had outer brick layers put on and other work to make them into 'normal' houses, but it's not cheap.

I don't know which is worse. The way the house started out or the way it looks now!
The price certainly looks very optimistic and it would make it by far and away the most expensive property on the street which isn't making it look anything like value for money.0 -

This fails on the "don't buy the best house in the street" argument.If anyone does look at it, check parking and ACCESS. I don't see any legal vehicular access in the 2 year old street view. Yet the renovated house appears to have off street parking so check they at least they have a licence to cross that grass verge.I would also want to know what they have done. It could be anything from dismantle the old prefab and build a complete new house, or just wrap bricks round the outside of the prefab and a new roof.1
