What more can i say about the parking incident? I thought this was about being honest and giving as much detail to the judge?Coupon-mad said:OMG don't say that, you are proving and admitting NOT being a patron! Did you not understand what I meant:And it says the reason for issue is 'non-patron'. Good luck to them proving that, then. And now you want to hand them that, in your defence?

You DON'T ADMIT to going over the road. Leave that for them to prove...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

What? Why did you delete this? The Defendant didn’t see any clear legible signage at the said time. It was also dark and any signage (if there was any at the time of alleged contravention) was not lit. (***Deleted***)PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Can it be left like this or am i not doing myself any favours?

Why not read the new thread by ArticAvenger who has been much more confident with his #2 and #3, and use some of his wording if appropriate as well as your words about it being dark (how on earth can that work against you? Unlit and broken signage = illegible, so no contract could be read or agreed).
I'm not linking the thread and we have to assume everyone here is actively reading other threads to learn from them.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone on this forum as today my case was thrown out. Great news. With your help and advice I put together a defence and witness statement. Premier parking logistics didn't file anything whatsoever with the court and didn't even turn up to the hearing (remotely via BT meet). The judge pretty much called me and said 'You win...Have a good day).
Thanks again and keep fighting the good fight.6 -
Well done. Walton wilting! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
