    What more can i say about the parking incident? I thought this was about being honest and giving as much detail to the judge?

    The Defendant didn’t see any clear legible signage at the said time. It was also dark and any signage (if there was any at the time of alleged contravention) was not lit. (***Deleted***)

    Why not read the new thread by ArticAvenger who has been much more confident with his #2 and #3, and use some of his wording if appropriate as well as your words about it being dark (how on earth can that work against you?  Unlit and broken signage = illegible, so no contract could be read or agreed).

    I'm not linking the thread and we have to assume everyone here is actively reading other threads to learn from them.
