I was sick a lot with my second one. I found the only thing I could eat was Farley's Rusks! They were sloppy in milk, or I could suck them. Sorry I can't be of any more help!

I threw up relentlessly right the way through 2 pregnancies.

Try sipping water through a straw, it feels better on the palette, if that makes any sense, less of a shock on the intial gag reflex. Brush your teeth at a time well away from eating.

Good luck, I hope you feel better soon :)

hiya, i was like this severely all the way through both of my dd's

i couldnt be in the same house as the smell of any 'normal' food, fresh fruit and veg always smelled like they were rotten (when my eyes could see that they were fresh!!!!!!!?!)

i couldn't bear the smell of people either: not smelly people, just people's normal smell, and that included dh!!

don't worry, you will have a lot of 'nutrition' stored within your body and baby will take what it needs from you

the moment they were born (both 8lb-ers) the sickness went away, so don't worry about it :) it will be the same for you

i would say, sip the water slowly, and have it lukewarm from a kettle, not cold, it's easier for you to absorb

sending you love and luck (and sympathy!)
