Has anyone else found errors in the comparisons. It tells me I'm paying £880/yr for duel fuel and this is expected to be £1100/yr when my tariff ends. Where do I get these figures from as I'm going to pay £1000/yr. So the comparison CEC chose for me which showed a saving had no saving at all.
Named after my cat, picture coming shortly

The rules are from the regulator and are wrong .Comparison shows the cost if you do nothing and move on to standard tariff .1

The figures you should look at are the annual cost of the new tariff/supplier and compare that with what you have actually paid (assuming no estimated readings )Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0

Either you've come up with an incorrect total or you've put in the wrong consumption figures or the wrong tariff information.0 -
Does your £1000 inc VAT ?Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0

It seems that CEC have worked on the worst case scenario, that I will move on to the most expensive tariff when my current tariff ends. This tends to inflate the savings figure so should come with a warning , if it doesn't already. My £1000 cost is the new tariff offered by my current supplier and includes VAT.Named after my cat, picture coming shortly0

I've noticed that. I am in Norfolk so also a long way outside London. It isn't just on CEC, London Power is also shown on Citizens Advice and Energylinx, haven't checked any others.0

CEC lists London Power as my cheapest provider at £1057 per year. However when I go to the London Power website and enter exactly the same consumption figures I get a quote of£1164! Any idea why the difference?
