As long as Shell broadband can pyhsically supply your new address, shouldn't be a problem - let them know in plenty of time if you can .

Usual is the ISP allows you to move and start a new contract .
So check what it would cost to pay off Shell .

Internet Service Provider - in your case it's Shell

They allow me to move as they able to provide broadband in new address.
However, what does it mean by new contract? New price?

Yes, a price of whatever they are now willing to offer starting a new minimum term, usually 1 yr, from when you move.  You need to weigh this up against how much it would cost to get out of the current contract and how much a new supplier would charge.

If they've sent you the price increase and the timing is right, tell them you want to cancel due to the price increase that way you won't get an early termination fee

Can you elaborate more what you mean by "timing is right"?
