    I think EE have their support in Plymouth and the few times I used them were very good actually. Plus.net I would assume are UK based from who answers the phone, it is often impossible to through to them on the phone mind.  EE are a little more expensive but it you manage to get the right quidco/topcashback offer it often works out much the same price as the cheapest ones... People do say nice things about the more expensive niche providers like Zen.

    I've never had a problem contacting Plusnet on the phone.

    Re: Zen, much like everything else in this life, you get what you pay for.  You pay not only for the line/broadband/service, but you get better customer service.  These people don't work for nothing after all.
