    Jaja- the process of transfer from PO has been a nightmare. Their text verification system fell over two weekends ago at the same time I received a new card. Have phoned ‘customer service’ four times and they are unable to do anything until they call me. No commitment to when as they are ‘very busy’. I cannot use my card, talk about my account or achieve anything. I am off....
    If you can do a physical transaction using chip and pin that alone will verify the card.
