Argos mobile offers not available for delivery

Hi there
I am so frustrated. I am looking to buy a Samsung Galaxy S10+ and Argos is offering great deals at the moment (as advertised via the 'Cheap Mobile Finder' tool on this website. I am sitting here with my credit card, ready to buy, but then checked delivery. It is not available for delivery to my postcode in London (What???) and not available for store pickup. Anywhere (it literally says 'Collection is not available at any of our stores'). So, what is this? A false offer? I don't understand. How can I get this good price? And why is this site offering an option that is not actually something you can buy?

From what I've just tried it seems they are out of stock, not a false offer, just bad wording

If you put your post code in a check local stores you'll see the out of stock notices

Argos are guilty of this all the time with very limited stock that is not available to 99% of its customers
