spoon feeding again , who is the parking Co
was a ticket on the car at time of incident or not , what date was the supposed ticket issued ,
2 -
Link parking, Nothing on the car at the time and hadn’t know anything about it until now. I phoned the court and they gave me the date that the ticket occurred being 14/04/2017. The CCJ on my credit file says the filed date was 22/04/20170
-
the date of the parking ticket was in April 2017 and the date of the ccj on my credit file is August 2017.
Given the way the system works that is a short time, could this be an earlier ticket ?1 -
Sorry the date filed on CCJ is 22/08/20170

Well no, you can't raise it as it's not relevant. We're saying it's unusual and want to make sure it's exactly right.Usually they send a ntk within 14 days, and have to wait 28 days before you as keeper are liable. So action including judgement within 3 months is very very fast.2

Ok, what should I do in these circumstances? Can I ask for the court for written confirmation with the dates on there to ensure they are correct? Because all I’ve had up to this point is someone give me this information over the phone0
-
you ask the court for full details INCLUDING the date the paperwork was posted to you
you contact the dvla and ask them the date the parking co asked for your info
you send a sar to the parking co , it will be returned with copy of ticket , any other letters , date claim entered etc
if there was no ticket on the car at the time (anpr) they had only 14 days to send paperwork to allow you to be liable , if there was ticket ON car at time , they cannot get info untill day 29 and must send to you by day 56
WHO WAS THE PARKING COMPANY
there is no way LEGALLY that a ticket could have been issued on the date you say and a ccj on second dateWHO WAS THE PARKING COMPANY

The exact same thing has happened to me! i have just signed up to this forum for some advice. mine was also from 2017 and no idea about it until this week. It seems insane that a parking firm can do this and even if you pay it (£350!!) you still have a ccj on record. Best part of it was I wasnt illegally parked! I was at a conference at the hotel!0

I have asked the court for these details and they gave them to me over the phone with the information I have already provided. I’ll try and ask them for this in writing. The company was called Link Parking as stated in my previous post. I have asked the dvla for dates of when I reported my change of address and when my details were requested from them so I’ll see what they say.I’ll also send a sar ASAP, how long do these usually take?0
