I know the Oxford road like the back of my hand, where is this car park, Lidl?  Have you complained to your MP?

There used to be a house of ill repute on The Oxford Road so I was told years ago DP
Still there.  Down by the ibis. Quite obvious as well!

This is obviously new.  I assume that if you wish to use the charity shop and it is closed you will not be able to comply with the PPC;s T&C.  How therefore do they assert that you entered into a contract with them?.  If there is no contract there will be no BOC.  Read this

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frustration_in_English_law#:~:text=Frustration is an English contract, for entering into the contract.

who owns the car park? where is it ? retail park ... supermarket ...

The customer service lady in Tesco said they don't own it, but Papa John's pizza unit which faces onto the same car park said that Tesco is indeed the landowner! So that's nice and confusing.

I'm trying to handle a similar dispute, hence me trying to find out who the landowner is. Any advice on finding this information online?

    Welcome!

However, this is an ancient thread and whilst there may be similarities, this thread is archived (dead as a dodo) and is not about your case.

You do need to read the NEWBIES thread first (see my signature below...I explain there where the hyperlink is at the top of every page).

Then - only after hopping back 2 clicks and reading the NEWBIES thread - if you still have questions, start your own new discussion poost.

Also we need to get your images removed as they contain personal data, like your name, address, VRM. ( @MSE_Laura_F )
