A whopping 24 coins for me in October! £48 pounds! Mostly plain but one was a FLorence Nightingle and the other was the Act of Union (jigsaw pieces).
Going to bank some now so that I can spend them on Christmas shopping!
Not far off my total, only £14 - 7 cons away now!  :)
    Wow Nellie75 that is fab-u-lous.
I can also see that you need to be awarded a medal. 🥈
Well done on achieving over 75% of your target. 👏👏

At last! A pretty, Darwin! Stashed in the piggyback. The one upside of being nudged back into the office…

  • I'm on 9 pretties, of 10! Target in sight!
Which kind of means I won't see a pretty til Jan 2022 unless I Take Measures, but I have to go to the bank anyway, so may migrate coinage into £2 coins and see if I get lucky.

A modest amount Grumpyoldmoo. What does that make your total? How close are you to 50%? Looking forward to awarding you your next medal. 😁

Has anyone seen an uptake in £2 coins available? It is at this time of the year that they come out of the woodwork.

  • Another £16 banked this week, all plain so that takes me up to £180.   I may even hit the £200 mark this year which is way below what I normally achieve but will still be a milestone that I'm aiming for.  Haven't had a patterned ones for a while now.

Yes, it does seem that more £2 coins out there to be collected and potted as they are turning up in various places, thankfully now in the self service tills which have been devoid of the little beauties for quite a while now.
