£2 Savers Club for 2021

Yay - finally, got 2 little gold gems. Both plain but still very welcome - and both courtesy of my lovely mum.  Very safely potted.  Shopping tomorrow so going to try the self service again as only have a handful of items to get.  Don't think I've every had such a slow start to the year - so far I've only potted £20 and I'm normally heading towards my first £100 by now.  Oh well, never mind - it will pick up I'm sure

Hubby came home with two £2 coins today - both plain.

Obtained one £2 coin today whilst out shopping thanks to L1d! Self-service. 

Now £44. 

Three more coins till 25% of target.

Hubby popped out to look at ys food. Came back with another £2 coin.

Only two more to go. 

Today, hubby and I found a Amex CC on the pavement. Brought it home, phone Amex and cut it up. Good deed for the day! Also found 50p and a penny today. Know it is off topic but Yay!

Hadn't really been keeping track fully of what I had potted but today I took 10 bags of £2 coins to the bank to pay in.

It is now sitting in my brand new £2 savers account  where it will stay until about the end of October when I shall split it 50/50 between my account and the wildlife centre I support

I still have about about £50 of coins in my tin (will be banking them every time I have £200 bagged) and obtained another one from my change whilst in town.

Got my hands on a precious plain but beautiful £2 coin today thanks to my lovely Nanna when she paid me back for some shopping. She is my main provider, seeing as I'm normally let down by most of the self-service machines, but I don't understand how as she hasn't been out!? Nannas truly are magical, aren't they!? £38 and counting. I've got my eyes on that first shiny medal! xxx

Yay! Some £2 coins have gone back into circulation 🤣
