Cash ISA Transfer this years contributions

This may be a silly question so I am ready for the sarcastic answers!!!!!
I have been consolidating my cash ISA's into one easy access account currently paying 0.95%. This includes this years full contribution. Once a fixed term ISA matures shortly I will transfer this in and will end up with around £95k. I then want to move some of the cash into fixed term cash or S&S ISA, or both. I know the rules about protection up to £85k and the need to transfer the whole of the current years subscriptions if moving anything from the current year. My question is this : if I move half of my ISA elsewhere would this automatically include this years contribution, or would that automatically stay put, or do I choose?
Sorry if this is a silly question!!

From my experience, the forms for transferring have a tick box asking if the funds include current years subscriptions.

I'm impressed you have an easy access ISA with 0.95%

Thanks. Principality Building Society WebISA v3. It wasn't around long but Principality do that - have decent rate for a week or so then pull it. Have 2 5 yr ISA's with them at over 2% - just in the right place at the right time. No sign yet of the 0.95% reducing but I am sure it will in the new year.
