Yes, this is what the OP signed up to so I agree he shouldn't leave a review claiming that the firm have broken the terms (yet!) but in my opinion he would be quite entitled to criticise the level of service offered.
But surely if you think it unfair to leave a review claiming that the company had broken their terms then it must be equally unfair to leave a review criticising the level of service offered as this level of service is made clear to potential customers to read before deciding on whether or not to purchase from them.
If people don't agree with the stated terms, buy elsewhere.

As to the "vague" delivery terms.
Maybe they have had a lot of problems with packages being delivered to neighbours and the customer claiming that they haven't received them, something that due to many couriers currently not requiring signatures, could well be the case.

To be fair to PRC direct, I don't blame them one bit for cancelling the OP's order as they have shown that they are far too impatient, didn't read the T&C's properly and complained on the first day that the goods were actually due to be dispatched.
Who wants a customer like that?
Who wants a supplier that takes 5 to 7 days to dispatch the goods (unless they are being specially made or customised)?

Yes the OP should have read the terms more carefully. Then, unless the price was so attractive that they were happy to wait, they would most likely have bought elsewhere.

I buy from plenty with 15 working day turnaround times. Not everyone is Amazon. Not everyone wants to line big businesses pockets who have the size to pull of shirt turn around times...
That is entirely up to you who you choose to buy from and what terms you are happy to accept.

Amazon of course started with one man selling books from his mother's garage. He offered a quick turnaround and easy to open packaging. It proved to be popular!

The OP in this case did want / need the item fairly quickly which is why he was agitating after five days. Yes, we are all agreed he should have checked the terms that were offered more carefully. Had he done so he would likely have chosen a different supplier and we wouldn't be having this debate!

Me...I don't give a flying f... If it's what I want and the price I am happy with and it says so on the tin!

I’m not sure what you’re arguing against anymore but at least we agree this is the OPs fault for not reading the terms which everyone else here was able to find easily. If time is of the essence as they seem to want it quickly, even more reason to check whether this is feasible or offered.

I put a thread up a while back about people being a bit more patient instead of wasting the time of call centre staff causing additional delays (and especially those that abuse call centre staff) - some people who just didn't get it were only interested in GDPR ... something which was irrelevant and showed their total lack of knowledge about GDPR.

We are in strange times between COVID and brexit (both of which are affecting the supply chains) and the usual christmas rush.  It isn't personal and companies are not deliberately withholding goods while taking money. Many are struggling to keep their companies afloat both from a cashflow and a logistics point-of-view (something we are likely to hear a lot more about in the new year, if the christmas/new year season isn't good for them).

When I was a kid I remember every order came with the statement 'please allow at least 28 days for delivery' ... halcyon days when things happened when they happened and we planned ahead instead of thinking we were entitled to special treatment ([removes rose tinted glasses] maybe not, I also need somethings quickly these days). :)

Just be a little bit more patient and understanding before throwing toys about.
I don't care about your first world problems; I have enough of my own!
