What's the point of GreenNetworkEnergy listing a credit of 3 months dd payments without showing how much energy you have used in that same time period??? We could £273637635277 in debt and not know. This is the stupidest system I've ever heard of. There's absolutely no reason for this other than beings deliberately evasive.

have you been sending in regular meter readings? which may have a bearing on what they are putting on the bill.

However that said when I was with SSE and had a smart meter which gave them readings every half hour they only produced a bill once every three months which was nearly as good as yours but was actually correct on the day it was issued

Their online statements were even worse as they showed the monthly DD's but only the last bill reading so was always out of date except for the day the bill was produced. If you checked a day or so before a bill was due to be issued it would have the DD's recorded but be three months behind regarding the reading and charges so it looked as though you had a ginormous credit of three DD payments which I'm sure confused a lot of people

Their website  did allow you to see your daily consumption for seven days - although it could be 24 hours behind (I guess it only updated at midnight, so if you checked on Tuesday before you went to bed you could only see Monday's consumption not what you were using in real time.

Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers

You do realise you can check your consumption for yourself by checking the meter regularly and comparing to the tariff? The bill from the supplier is just a way of making sure that they have got the right readings and are billing you the right amount, and if not to get it changed to the right amount.

Yeap! OR I could join ANY OTHER energy company and see a statement that actually means something, even if it's estimated they would give you a clue!

My GNE statements list all the DD's and all the meter readings (I do mine at the end of every month plus on the specific day they request) No estimates.
Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill
