NUU N5L Boot up

I put my phone on charge and have some very unusual screens. It seems to have gone part way through boot and I now has a "MicasON" highlighted.

What does this mean ?    Is it terminal ?

    NOW SORTED 

    It was a NUU N5L -    it wouldn't power down but eventually the battery went flat.    Recharged and it booted up OK
