TSB easy saver account

Hello
as I can’t get through to anyone on their phone lines and the website doesn’t make it very clear - can someone advise?
basically I have a lot of money in one of these accounts and I want to know if I can transfer money from it into my Halifax current account.
im getting knowhere on their telephone banking line

Given it only pays 0.02% at most I’m not sure what the point of keeping the account is to be honest....but you could close the account and ask for the balance to be sent to the Halifax account

i don’t have any other TSB accounts so i can only get money out in bits with an ATM card
Not much use if I want a couple of grand
I think it’s silly I can’t transfer my money out of my bank account...0 -
If you go into branch I believe they will give you a cheque for larger amounts and you can then take that to where ever and pay it in.0
