Fifth Anniversary
in Flight delay compensation
Used Hayes travel 10 months ago to book return flights to Benidorm Spain.  I have been contacting them continuously and to date have not received any refund.  Flights were cancelled due to coronavirus any one any ideas what I can do.

    I'd suggest asking on coronovirus travel board at the top of the forum
