5 year Fixed Deposit at Punjab International Bank gives 1.4% at the moment. It's not listed on here, but it is FSCS protected. I've had an account before with them, in the days (2012) when you could still get 4.5%, and have just opened a new one now. Quite a palaver setting it up, and you either have to visit a branch (they have half a dozen or so in the country) or do it by post.
If you've got £90,000, you'll need two place to put it if you want all of it to be protected.0
