Can you claim compensation for a delay from a company that’s now gone bust ?

I flew with Monarch from East Midlands to Tenerife South. We were delayed by 5 hours due to a fault with the plane.
I’ve only just learnt I’m entitled to claim compensation for delays. ( I thought that if the air company got you home still - even delayed, and gave food vouchers ect -meant you couldn’t get money compensation) So my question is can you claim still if the airline has now gone bust ?

As you say the company doesn't exist anymore, so nobody to claim from.1
