Talk Talk. Rip off

Has anybod else had issues with Talk Talk and an offer they have let us down with. In August we took out a broadband offer with Talk Talk which meant after 90 days we would get a voucher for Teaco for £100 . After 3 months we rang Talk Talk to be told they could no longer provide the £100 but could credit our account with £75 now or they may be able to give us the £100 in 6 weeks time. . I explained in their terms and conditions it clearly stated we qould get the voucher within 90 days of account being activated.
Next thing they put £75 into my account but deducted £28 for this months bill whichnis not due till 12th December..
Feel so let down. frustrated and ripped offas the voucher was needed for xmas after we had been furloughed .
HAS ANYBODY ELSE HAD THIS HAPPEN
ITS DISGUSTING .

I assume in their T&Cs they also state the offer can be withdrawn at anytime.
