I bought a house but I was not provided any paperwork for the solar panels

That’s easy - seller said on the form above that they would provide you with transfer paperwork. If they haven’t done so then go back to them via your solicitor (or can be quicker to get the EA to ring them).0

I just don't know who I can contact now, everyone seems to need a form or a reference number and we were never provided one. Should I go back to EDF energy maybe? We aren't with them anymore though so I don't know if they could help now!
The vendors said "Yep, they're our panels. Yep, we'll transfer the FIT and paperwork to you"
If they haven't done so, speak to EDF.0 -
Call the MCS helpdesk, they may be able to assist on what you need to do although the solicitor should have sorted the transfer of FIT as part of the conveying process.

Note that the energy supplier that pays the FIT always remains the same and is not necessarily the energy supplier the householder currently gets their electricity from.
