On the nectar website, click on that lock where the link is. And allow flash. After that it started working for me. Maybe you're having the same issue.

Nectar are replying to people  with queries on Facebook  that they can only win a prize if they have received the promotional e mail as it is a targeted promotion.

It  is on Nectar facebook page, the community section. people are asking  various questions about   it not working for them, is it a scam. can't log into it etc..Some of the replies  from various  nectar staff are

Ok, If you didn't receive the invite from ourselves directly, you wouldn't be eligible for a prize I'm afraid.

I also saw this on reddit too a few days ago on UKfinance subreddit, but when I tried it the spinner just went to 3 different things, no notification or pop-up or prize.
I reloaded the page on a different browser and it let me spin again, same thing. No notification and no prize, but still letting me spin again and again.
Did the prize show up in account history for anyone?
