this has driven me to distraction today, I spun once and then it said "only one entry per user" I have tried on Safari and Firefox on every different device, to no avail, will boot up my old chromebook as my last attempt.

update, it did work for me on chromebook, but let me spin about 6 times and then got the "only one entry per user" again and no amount of refreshing will change it.  So I am out of devices and browsers now!  anyway, good luck to those that are able to play.

I ended up spinning about 5 times then it said only one entry per user, so logged out and back in again then spun about 20 times and screen just went to Congratulations, and that's it no saying what I won or how many points, is there any way of finding out, as not 100% sure I have won anything, thanks

Anyone else struggling to even get logged in? I've changed my password double checked my nectar card number - (even with Sainsbury's) and still can't get logged on, cleared my cache etc but no joy.

Same here! I tried yesterday and today and I can't log in

I won 10,000 yesterday after about 4 non-winning spins.  I'm beginning to think this is now a glitch though and that it won't be honoured unless you win on your first spin (and maybe only one it will let you now for new players).
