Should I send it or not ??
Get people asking this at work. You get the same answer. We can not advise you what to do.
You could trying making the details a bit out of focus so it can not be read, but they may then just ask for another clearer copy.Life in the slow lane1 -
Sadly, OP, you chose to invest in Bitcoin, which itself is a scam, imo

In what way is Bitcoin a scam? I don't think you understand what Bitcoin is.MothballsWallet said:Sadly, OP, you chose to invest in Bitcoin, which itself is a scam, imo1 -
Well first of all you said you sent a copy of your electric(ity) bill then it was a gas bill. To answer your question about driving licence - do they have a database of everybody in the UK with their photo to which to compare yours to? What are they going to do with a copy of the licence? You could redact certain parts of it, the address for example. When you bought the bitcoin did you furnish them with an address? But they already have your electricity/gas bill with your address on it.0

It's not so much Bitcoins, but many of the companies that deal with them. Usually crop up on various Social Media sites with "A nice pic of M Lewis" to bootTakmon said:

Yes there are many instances of scams that mention Bitcoins but that in no way makes Bitcoins or other crytocurrencys a scam.
Just like there are lots of scams involving Gold or even GBP but that doesn't mean that Gold or GBP itself are scams.
It's a common misconception from people who don't understand crypto currencies to think they are all a "scam" but that certainly isn't true.0
