I invested £220 thinking to trade in Bitcoin via algorithm. So firstly my money sent by my Debut card Visa.
My money first went to Iexpaynet, then onto Nortonfx, the trading company. Now I realised this was a scam, so tried withdrawing my money, to no avail, stall , stall.
So I opened a chargeback with my bank and reported the issue. Now bank have answered their nothing they can do, as the money went to iexpaynet. And they invested it with Norton fx.
Is their anything I can do now to help me get my funds back ?

Nope , but you've learnt a valuable lesson . Don't believe anything that pops up on Facebook , as an email from nobody you know or something similar.
If it seems to be too good to be true then it probably is .
You didn't obviously do any decent research in advanceEx forum ambassador

The next episode. Nortonfx called me today, and after haggling with them, they have agreed to send my money back ( wither they do , remains to be seen ? )
They asked me send a copy of a utility bill, or photo of my driving licence, to prove I am who i am to the bank, i presume ?
I have sent them a screen print my old electic bill. ( Can this be damaging to me ? )0 -

For them to make a payment to the bank, all they need are your card details.
Bank will not get sight of anything else.
All they are doing is complying with AML regs. Which they have to do.
These companies are well know for making it hard to get refunds.Life in the slow lane2 -
Need bit help here, and I do understand the company make it hard to get my refund.
As Iv said Iv given them copy my Gas bill, and still they are asking for copy of my Driving licence. I do not want send them this for fear of further Fraud.
Would it help sending them the driving licence ? Or on No Account should I do this.
I just want get my money back if poss, and if the driving licence would help, in the fact they then have no further excuse to stall me.
Please should I send photo copy my driving licence or not ???0 -
