    It would be possible - most things are possible - but due to the fact systems aren't in place to allow it to happen - it likely isn't happening. The office worker sitting in an office has access to way more of the 'system' in most organisations, as it's all on a controlled internal network. When suddenly everyone is at home - they can't access those same systems. The systems people that design the systems are also working from home, so their access to program a system to allow home access is also limited. There are many, many restrictive factors currently which mean that what most people think can be easily done at home on a laptop, can't be. So yes, it's possible, but not probable at the moment.
