#43 OP taking my payments to £800.00 in total for this year.
  • Hi. Thanks again Julicorn

#20 here £957.59 overpayment made in June (this is set as an automatic overpayment too now so I don’t need to remember to do it and it comes out with my mortgage DD!). Really starting to see the balance reducing now we have focussed our overpayments now our interest rates are so low!

We have dropped under 295k owing now and it should be under 285k by christmas all being well :)
    Mortgages Oct 2020: £308,283 Jul 2021 £286,600 October 2022 £253,456 MFW-22 #9 MFIT-T6 #35
