Not sure what I am looking at with this? What suggests he needs money? I got a debt recovery letter today also, am I right in assuming I just ignore these letters until/if I receive court action?wannadancewithsomebody said:

Also NE Parking don't even have a Legal Department.
My advice has not changed:Come back if you get a court claim, tell NE Parking if you move house (so you never miss a court claim) and don't post about nor ask us about IAS (DON'T DO IT) nor about getting DRP and Zenith letters (please).Thanks0 -
A reminder (and you quoted my words but STILL asked...please don't ask about this tedious subject that the NEWBIES thread already covers):don't post about nor ask us about IAS (DON'T DO IT) nor about getting DRP and Zenith letters (please).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The post was more directed at the companies house link and what it means. I only added the comment about the debt recovery to let you know what has happened with the PCN sorry if this has upset you.Coupon-mad said:A reminder (and you quoted my words but STILL asked...please don't ask about this tedious subject that the NEWBIES thread already covers):don't post about nor ask us about IAS (DON'T DO IT) nor about getting DRP and Zenith letters (please).0 -
You asked:Please just read post #4 of the NEWBIES thread and don't ask about these letters. It's not just me. People mithering about these letters bore us rigid.

That's not a claim. Re-read the NEWBIES thread about LBC stage.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Apologies, I haven’t been on this site for a while. So what I have gathered from the newbies thread is that I just submit an SAR to the PPC and also contact the solicitor to notify them of what I am doing?Coupon-mad said:That's not a claim. 30 days hold letter or email to Gs , doesn't matter what you are doing3 -
No need to discuss LBC stage nor ask what the next steps are (I detest that phrase!).
We assume you've exhausted a complaint to the landowner or retailer (if any) to try to kill it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The landowner/restaurant was closed down at the time but have since reopened so I could now attempt this, I did appeal to the PPC at the time though which I received an acknowledgment email but no meaningful reply.Coupon-mad said:No need to discuss LBC stage nor ask what the next steps are (I detest that phrase!).
