Received NTK but never got a windscreen ticket?

Hi all,

I’ve received a NTK from NE Parking for my vehicle being parked outside of a closed down restaurant. They have stated that a windscreen ticket was issued but I never received this and now I have the NTK they have said that my time to appeal this has lapsed. They are saying that to appeal I must go through IAS but from reading the threads on here that is a bad idea. Is sending the standard template still the best option or should I do something else?

Thanks.

What did the NEWBIE sticky suggest you do?  Have you appealed at all?  If not, your first appeal is to NE Parking using the template in the NEWBIE.

What is the date of the alleged parking event?

Yes I understand this I’ve used it before however they say that my appeal time has lapsed as it’s been 21 days since I ‘received’ the windscreen notice which I never got. Should I still do this?

30th October but I have only received the NTK today.

Then ignore DRP, and laugh at the collection of letters shown in pictures in post #4 of the NEWBIES thread.

Come back if you get a court claim, tell NE Parking if you move house (so you never miss a court claim) and don't post about nor ask us about IAS (DON'T DO IT) nor about getting DRP and Zenith letters (please).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    The Keeper appeals.

Until the Keeper received the Notice to Keeper he had no idea that any action at all was needed.

They simply cannot deny the keeper a opportunity to appeal.

Despite what they say, it is only the driver's opportunity to appeal that lapsed after 21 days.

Send the blue text template appeal easily found in the first post of the NEWBIES thread.
Send it unchanged - no additions or alterations needed.
    Send it as the keeper.
Okay thanks I’ve sent the appeal
  • Hi,

I’ve had an automated response to my appeal and no reply. I’ve now received a letter to say that I owe more money and I will be taken to court if I don’t pay.
Obviously I don’t plan on paying but how can I appeal if they are not responding to my first appeal?

    Thanks

    You have appealed, haven't you?

Earlier it was suggested that following the appeal:

Clearly you do nothing more than wait for a court claim.

That final line of the letter is awful.

Also NE Parking don't even have a Legal Department.

    My advice has not changed:
