UC Mandatory Reconsideration Tribunal appeal won?

Hello in February 2019 I applied for a mandatory reconsideration as they declared me fit for work when doctors and my mental health nurse said otherwise.
In July 2019 I applied for a job as they essentially forced me to by booking appointments to see my work coach for me since it was 6 months since I applied and they wanted me to work? Link to that here - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6033060/mandatory-reconsideration-help
Anyway about 2 weeks into the job I quit as my mental health took a dive and went back onto UC, I was told my mandatory reconsideration was still ongoing anyway.
In Feb 2020 I received my decision but it was LCW and not LCWRA, so I wanted a tribunal hearing.
Late November this year I have my hearing and I win thus putting me on LCWRA?
after reading the letter I have just received it says that, "The appeal is allowed", "The decision made by the Secretary of State on Feb 2019 is set aside", "The matter is now to be remitted to the Secretary of State to make a final decision upon entitlement to Universal Credit".
So I'm slightly confused by that last quote, what will happen next, when will I hear something from UC, and will I receive a backdate of benefits from Feb 2019 when I started the mandatory consideration?
Sorry for the long thread just wanted to explain everything.

As I read you post the decision made on Feb 2019 which the tribunal has set aside was to find you fit for work.
So, I can't tell if the tribunal panel have placed you in the LCW or LCWRA group.  What else does the decision letter say in relation to LCW, LCWRA, or UC regulations?
The phrase "The matter is now to be remitted to the Secretary of State to make a final decision upon entitlement to Universal Credit"  is standard. The DWP have to implement the tribunal's decision.

  • Thanks for the reply it says "Mr. ********** is to be treated as having Limited Capability for Work Related Activity"

That means you're entitled to the extra £341 per month, slightly less before April 2020. How much you're owed will depend on when you sent evidence of your health condition and what dates your assessment periods are. LCWRA is paid from the 4th month.

Between 2-8 weeks, sometimes longer for your award to be put into payment and to receive backdated money owed. Although really there's no timescales.
  • I won my case on the 30th November 2020 am I wise contacting dwp on Monday to find out what's happening. Or do I wait on them it's all confusing for me

Great news! Although it was only Monday, you need to wait a little longer before contacting them. As advised in the thread here it can take between 2-8 weeks, sometimes longer.

  • Thank you and also do you know what I could be entitled to as I got mobilty and standing and sitting total of 15 points for them both I've tried to look but nothing.

You've posted again on someone else's thread. Starting a new thread would have been better. What benefit are you talking about? What were you awarded by the Tribunal?
If you've received the decision letter what exactly does it say? If you haven't received it then you will need to wait for that and come back and post here, then someone will help you.
If it was for UC then when did you first start your claim and when did you first send evidence of your health condition to DWP.
You haven't given no where near enough of information for anyone to be able to advise you further.

Really suggest sending a journal message advising of the tribunal outcome and advising that you can provide a copy of the tribunal letter.  And post a copy to the local Job Centre with a covering letter.
Sometimes it can take a while for tribunal letters to be received by DWP and on occasions they are not received at all. Hence why you might want to make sure DWP receive it as soon as possible.
